Our latest menu brings together some familiar Sedona favorites along with new dishes designed for the changing season.

One of the biggest additions is our Garlic Peppercorn Filet Mignon.
It's beautifully seasoned with a flavorful garlic peppercorn crust while keeping the center tender, served with creamy Parmesan mashed potatoes and our sautéed vegetable mix.
It's the kind of entrée that feels right for a relaxed fall evening.
Another new addition is our Pan Seared Duck Breast.
Rich and tender, the duck is finished with a blueberry red wine reduction that creates a beautiful balance between savory and sweet. It's served with creamy Parmesan risotto and our sautéed vegetable mix.
It's a dish that's a little different from the usual beach-town dinner—and exactly the kind of creative cuisine we've always enjoyed bringing to Bethany Beach.

A new menu doesn't mean saying goodbye to the dishes our guests already love.
Our Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes remain a Maryland-inspired favorite, served with Champagne Butter, sautéed vegetables, and Corn Jalapeño Slaw.
Our Shrimp Pappardelle brings together jumbo shrimp, wide pappardelle pasta, and a creamy Tomato Basil Sauce.
And the Sedona Wagyu Burger remains a great choice when you're looking for something familiar but a little more elevated.
Of course, there are also the Ahi Tuna Wontons, Bacon Wrapped Dates, Jumbo Lump Crab Guacamole, Grilled Shrimp Cocktail, and our house-made Sweet Potato Biscuit Basket to start the evening.
